Baaaaa!

I visited New Zealand in 1998. One of the picture often used on the travel brochures are shepherd herding sheeps along a road with cars stuck among the animals. A perfect picture to promote tourism.  I often asked how often does a tourist encounter such situation. Answer I got is that it depends on luck. Well, what luck I got. This picture was taken on the road up to Mount Cook:

The coach coming down from Mount Cook is a Mount Cook Denning Landliner.

Old bus terminus – Pasir Panjang

This is the location of the bus terminal at the junction of Pasir Panjang Road and Clementi Road:

The terminal is now relocated to Kent Ridge. Bus stop now occupies the place where the buses used to parked at the road side next to the row of shop houses. The buses will make a 3 point turn either at the Clementi Road or Neo Pee Teck Lane.

Opposite the shop houses is a fishing village by the seaside. The kampong folks will bring their catch and sell it to the shop owners at one of these shop houses:
